This facility is provided by the Saint Lucia Customs & Excise Department in collaboration with the Bank Of Saint Lucia (BOSL).

Tax Payers may use this facility to make any payment to Customs, once the following conditions are met:

1. A valid user account in ASYCUDA World.

2. The Customs Tax Payer ID of the Individual/Company.

3. If the payment is for assessed duties and taxes for cargo then valid customs declaration reference number(s) which comprises the Customs Olearance Office, Registration Year Registration Serial Letter and Registration Number, e.g. LCXXX 2022 C 999.

4. Banking details.

Refund of payments made to the Saint Lucia Customs & Excise Department are governed by the Finance Administration Act-Chap-15.01 and Regulations.(https://www.finance.gov.lc/resources/download/166).
