Unauthorised access and unauthorised modifications are offences under the Computer Misuse Act, Cap.8.14 and any other related legislation; it is unlawful therefore to cause damage to it intentionally or to any Customs electronic facility or data through the knowing transmission of any program, information, code or command. |
| Security You must always keep your user ID and password safe and secret. If you forget your user ID, you can ask for it to be re-issued via e-mail with an image of your valid ID attached. or by visiting the ASYCUDA Help Desk in person with your valud ID. If you forget your password, you can request a replacement. |
| Service Access Customs will try to ensure that its online servicea are available twenty four hours a day, seven days a week (24/7). If any of the servicea is interrupted, the Saint Lucia Customs & Excise Department will restore it as soon as possible. However access to the service may be suspended without notice. If the service is disrupted, it remains your responsibility to comply with any statutory time limits regarding the filing of customs declarations. |
